INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE:
KADEDI, S.L. is a Spanish company, registered in the Barcelona Trade Registry (Volume 28.304,
Book: 61 Sheet: 58,
Section: 8 Page: B-134434, entry no. 1), with Tax ID number (CIF) B-60883543 and registered
address at c/ Juan Bravo 45,
1º F, Madrid (28006) (hereinafter KADEDI), that operates within the framework of distribution
and trade in goods and
services; and owns a website on the Internet (hereinafter AK COACHES WORLD), through which
it makes certain
information available to its users, and also markets certain products and provides certain
services. AK COACHES WORLD can be accessed from various domains or Internet addresses, the main of which is the

Though AK COACHES WORLD, KADEDI enables its users to access and use several services and
contents (hereinafter the
"Services") made available by KADEDI or by third parties. The purpose of these terms and
conditions is to regulate the
general access to AK COACHES WORLD, as well as to various contents and services provided by
KADEDI or by third
parties from and/or through it.
Access to and general use of the AK COACHES WORLD grant you the condition of user thereof
(hereinafter the "User"),
necessarily implying your full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions
included in the general
terms and conditions for access and use thereof.
The User is expressly informed and accepts that these conditions may be subject to modification
in the future at the
discretion of KADEDI and without any prior notice obligation on their part. Consequently, it
will be the sole
responsibility of the User to verify the terms and conditions in force on each of the occasions
on which they intend to
use AK COACHES WORLD.
The use of certain services offered to Users through AK COACHES WORLD - in particular the
TRANSACTIONAL ENVIRONMENT
or ONLINE STORE of AK COACHES WORLD - may be subject to particular conditions (hereinafter,
the "Particular
Conditions") which, depending on the case, may replace, complete and/or modify these general
terms and conditions.
ACCESS LEVELS AND USER REGISTRATION:
In general terms, general access to the AK COACHES WORLD is free and does not require prior
user registration.
However, KADEDI may condition access to certain areas and the use of some of the Services to the
prior completion of the
corresponding User registration form.
Likewise, KADEDI may make available to Users certain Services whose use may require the
completion of additional records
and/or to satisfy certain monetary considerations. In this case, said registration will be
carried out in the manner
expressly indicated in the service itself or in the particular conditions that regulate it.
The User is liable for the veracity of all the registration data submitted to KADEDI and is
responsible for keeping said
data fully up to date. Therefore, the User shall exclusively bear any liability derived from
false or inaccurate
statements made and for any damages caused to KADEDI or to third parties for the information
provided.
KADEDI reserves the right to refuse registration to AK COACHES WORLD. This refusal shall
not grant any right to
compensation.
Once the registration process has been successfully completed, KADEDI will register the User in
its database of
registered Users. An account shall be generated with his email address and “password” associated
to each User
USER OBLIGATIONS
The following shall be obligations of the User, without detriment to those that may derive from
the content of this
document:
- The User will be obliged to guarantee the veracity and accuracy of the registration data entered in the information systems of KADEDI and to carry out as many updates as necessary. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statement they make as well as for any damage that may be caused to KADEDI or to any third party as a consequence of the information provided.
- The User will be obliged to guard the "user" and the "password" provided by KADEDI to the User with diligence, preventing access by unauthorised third parties to them and, therefore, ensuring their confidentiality.
- The User will be obliged to notify KADEDI immediately any indication of the existence of any violation in the security of AK COACHES WORLD, any inappropriate or prohibited use of the services provided from it, or any failure of security of any kind.

The User will be obliged to make good use of the contents, information and services provided
from or through AK COACHES WORLD, in accordance with the law, good faith and generally accepted good customs,
expressly committing to:
- Refrain from undertaking or using the services for purposes that are illegal, fraudulent, that violate the rights or interests of KADEDI or any third party, that violate the rules contained in this Agreement or in the Particular Conditions that, where applicable, may govern any services provided from or through AK COACHES WORLD.
- Refrain from any action that could disable, overload or impair any of AK COACHES WORLD systems, equipment or services or that are directly or indirectly accessible through AK COACHES WORLD.
- Respect KADEDI’s and any third party’s intellectual and industrial property rights over content, information and services provided from or through AK COACHES WORLD, generally refraining from copying, distributing, reproducing or communicating them in any way to third parties without specific written authorization from KADEDI or from the holders of said rights.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All software and contents of AK COACHES WORLD, including texts, animations, images etc. as
well as trademarks,
trade names and/or logos displayed, belong to KADEDI or to third parties and they are protected
by national and
international laws governing intellectual and industrial property.
Any use unrelated to AK COACHES WORLD, including the reproduction, modification,
distribution, transmission,
reissue, arrangement or representation of any element thereof is strictly prohibited, except
with the express written
consent of KADEDI.
EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES:
Access to AK COACHES WORLD does not imply any type of guarantee, which is expressly refused
in this act by KADEDI,
regarding the quality, veracity, accuracy, legality, timeliness or validity, as well as the
usefulness or suitability to
any purpose of whoever accesses them. Both access to AK COACHES WORLD and the use that may
be made of the
information and content included in it or accessible from it, is carried out under the sole
responsibility of the User.
KADEDI will not respond in any case and in any measure, neither for direct nor indirect damages,
nor for emergent
damages nor for lost profits, in case of eventual damages derived from the use of the
information and the contents of
AK COACHES WORLD or accessible from the same or through it. KADEDI DOES NOT guarantee in
any way the quality,
veracity, accuracy, legality, timeliness or validity, nor the usefulness or suitability for any
purpose of the contents

type of liability for the
quality, veracity, accuracy, legality, currency, validity or usefulness / fitness for any
purpose that the User may have

are under the
responsibility of third parties. Likewise, the AK COACHES WORLD may contain links to
external pages that are
completely unrelated to it. In both cases, KADEDI cannot control or supervise such content in
any way. KADEDI denies, to
the fullest extent permitted by law, any type of liability arising from the existence or
possibility of access to such
content.
Likewise, KADEDI will not be responsible in any case, even indirectly or subsidiarily, for
products or services provided
or offered by other people or entities, or for content, information, communications, opinions or
statements of any kind
originated or discharged by third parties and that are accessible through the Web Pages of
KADEDI.
SECURITY & PRIVACY:
KADEDI will use the means that are reasonably within its reach to provide the website with
security systems that
reasonably protect its systems and the data contained therein against deliberate attacks,
malicious software, etc.
However, the User understands and accepts the aspects involved in the provision of services
through the Internet given
the open, decentralised and global nature of this communication network.
For this reason, KADEDI does NOT guarantee the impregnability of its security systems or the
privacy of the information
stored in them. KADEDI denies, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any type of liability for
any security breach on
AK COACHES WORLD and the consequences that may arise from them.
Use of 'cookies': KADEDI's AK COACHES WORLD uses 'session cookies' with the sole purpose of
allowing and
facilitating user interaction with it. Likewise, the statistical services (own or external),
used by AK COACHES WORLD may use 'cookies' for the sole purpose of establishing metrics and patterns of use of
the site. In none of
these cases does KADEDI use or access 'cookies' for purposes other than those stated.
SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS OR SUSPENSION:

User is informed that
KADEDI DOES NOT guarantee this continuity in any way due to the nature of the medium through
which said services are
provided.
The User understands and accepts the aspects involved in the provision of services through the
Internet, given the open,
decentralised and global nature of the network.
By way of illustration and not exhaustive, some of the situations that may cause the temporary
interruption of the
provision of these services are described below:
- Maintenance tasks on servers and/or data lines.
- Failures in the servers and/or data lines.
- Deliberate attacks against the security and integrity of the system.
- Computer viruses or the presence of malicious code on the pages that make up AK COACHES WORLD or are accessible from it.
The User is informed that KADEDI may at any time, in its sole discretion and without any obligation of prior notice, permanently suspend the presence of the AK COACHES WORLD on the Internet and, therefore, the services provided from the website or through it, without prejudice to what has been provided in this regard in the corresponding Particular Conditions. KADEDI is exempt from any type of responsibility derived from the consequences that may be produced by the definitive suspension of the provision of such services
Any User may request to deregister, at any time, as a user of AK COACHES WORLD. KADEDI will have a period of 30 days to examine the situation of said User with respect to all the services to which he is subscribed to, where appropriate, issue an invoice for all those consumptions that, upon receipt of the withdrawal request, will be pending collection.
In the absence of any amount pending settlement or collection, the withdrawal will take effect immediately. Otherwise, the cancellation will be subject to the effective collection of said amounts by KADEDI.
The User is responsible for the good use of the AK COACHES WORLD and the services contracted from it or through it. Any misuse of the services by the User, will entail the immediate exclusion of AK COACHES WORLD and the consequent loss of the status of registered user thereof, without the right to any compensation and without prejudice to the corresponding legal actions that that KADEDI may decide to undertake. The falsity of the personal or professional data provided by the User during the registration process on the AK COACHES WORLD or in any of the services provided from it or through it may lead to the immediate exclusion of the website and the consequent loss of condition registered user thereof, without the right to any compensation and without prejudice to the corresponding legal action that KADEDI or third parties may decide to undertake.
Any type of action by the user that could put at risk or damage systems, equipment or services accessible directly or indirectly through AK COACHES WORLD, will entail their immediate exclusion from the website and the consequent loss of the status of registered user thereof, without the right to any compensation and without prejudice to the corresponding legal action that KADEDI may decide to undertake.
Any type of action by the user that violates these terms and conditions, the Particular Conditions that may regulate specific Services, the Law or generally accepted good customs, will lead to their immediate exclusion from the AK COACHES WORLD and the consequent loss of user status as a registered user thereof, without the right to any compensation and without prejudice to the corresponding legal action legal action that KADEDI may decide to undertake.
The User will be solely responsible for any claims, legal, judicial or extrajudicial action, initiated by third parties, both against the User himself and against KADEDI, based on any use of the services contrary to the law, the moral, good faith and generally accepted good customs.
NOTIFICATIONS:
For the purposes of delivering the appropriate notifications, KADEDI designates as the contact address the one specified as its own on the heading of these terms and conditions. The email address provided by the User during the registration process on AK COACHES WORLD will be used by KADEDI for the purposes of notifying the User. The User is obliged to keep the data duly updated, for the purposes of notifications, mentioned in this clause. All Notifications made by KADEDI to the User will be considered validly made if they have been made using the data and through the means previously indicated. KADEDI is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to the violation by the User of their obligation to keep their contact information updated.
VALIDITY AND INTEGRITY OF AGREEMENT:
The declaration of nullity or invalidity of any stipulation contained in these terms and conditions will not affect the validity and effectiveness of the other clauses. These terms and conditions of the services provided by KADEDI through AK COACHES WORLD constitute the total agreement between the parties, prevailing over any agreement, understanding, affirmation, manifestation, negotiation or principle of prior agreement, whether written or verbal, in relation to the object thereof.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION:
These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in each and every one of its clauses by Spanish Law. Both KADEDI and the User agree to try to resolve any disagreement amicably that may arise in the development of their own business relationships. For the resolution of all litigation issues that may arise from the development of the commercial relations that are their own, both parties, expressly waiving their jurisdiction or to which they may correspond, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (capital).
